The problem with movies like this or Shrek is not the SDR/HDR grading or whatever... It's the graphics, these movies need to be rendered completely new with enhanced graphics because you can see in every scene how the picture lacks depth and detail. The 4K transfer in Toy Story and Shrek only makes it more obvious and worse in my opinion

Do you know what the peak brightness is for the HDR version? I’d imagine the original had limited dynamic range and they only made some sort of increase in the highlights for the 4K HDR version.
