As a 17 year old living in New York, I have been considering that something like this would happen through research and external knowledge, but my family is small and not in the Upper Middle class, so I have conflicting options and I am not too sure what to do, buy assets that increase value and keep them until January 1st 2024 and magically time the market or take the next steps and/or short and try to protect me and my family. There is still a lot of speculation in this phase especially with this AI boom - There is still a few more years left before the K wave cycle ends (near end of the decade). While land value remains high and will climb higher which props up the overall economies (No, property isn't collapsing. YET). We will look towards mid-end of 2026 before the cycle restart and into the multi year downturn. Read into Fred Harrison and Phil J Anderson which focuses on a smaller cycle of 18.6 years.
