I know Joy-Cons off has to have the most latency, me personally, the pro controller while on the TV is the best way to play.

I have red mario oled edition and it's been a great experience. I can play Fortnite and Overwatch 2 outside of the house. I take it with me and play it in my free time or while traveling.u
