I played a very similar strategy the day the tournament started, played late into the night, the following morning on release of the patch, they changed the zombies and this layout didn't cut it. Failed with it 4 times on the run, you may want to take another look at the Battlez.

This is best battlez season yet! New plant, (seems OP) and i was able to go electric pea from lvl 2 to lvl4, will be lvl 5-6 probably before season ends

The lawn mower gets triggered with the bulls because they were about to fling the imp into your house so the lawn mower stops that.
