Sir mera papa train ke AC compartment se travel kar rha tha.. Aur mera papa ke side seats ma 2/3 person aaka unh ka seats 💺ka betha but unh ka saath 1 luggage tha.... My father was never thought that he will face this kind of situation
After some time police come by secret information against the unknown perpon and by suspect police has also arrested my father
And yet it is 9 months done in jail but my father was not get bail
The total quantity of ganja was 45 and in charge sheet written by police was 45 kg recover but after many try by our advocate and finally our advocate has divided the substance and in my father and another one person has getted 17 kg and other 28 kg has also divided to other arrested accuse
But sir yet from session court was not giving bail to my father as he was arrested by suspect

Sir my question was that can we take this case from session court to high Will high court give bail to my father (as suspectedly arrested or the divided quantity was below from commercial quantity)
