Herd you mentioned about drilling the ABS sensors. I had to change one on my SQ5 and it was stuck in and the head broke off, did some research online and someone used a wood screw into the remaining part and used a claw hammer to pull it out. Worked a treat.

Dean, if you can get into the cavity in the back of the dent, sometimes you can slide a deflated football in there and pump it up in situe Hey presto…..dent pops out!!

Don't feel bad about the motocross sesh! I used to ride nearly everyday, had a really nice built Kawasaki KX250 2 stroke, I sold it cause life happened, then about 10 years later I bought a 2016 Ktm 450sxf, awesome bike, took it out to track, after about 30 mins I was completely out of energy to ride it and my hands/wrists had gone numb and jelly like I couldn't even hold onto the bike!
I found couple tips, first off wear decent wrist/hand braces, secondly, always breathe thru your nose while riding, it will keep your heartrate and energy in check, it may take some time to get back to what once was but you'll get there sooner than you think

Loved a bit of fun on my Motorcross bike back in the day. I broke the gearbox, had the engine and box in the boot of my XR2 and the car was stolen. Still have the frame of my KX125 in my mums garage 25 years later 😂😂 never been able to find a working replacement engine and box.
