edit : instead of reading my comment, you should read jorviccondino's. His explanation is actually a technique or a trick rather than mines explanation

Explanation :
he used 4 because 25 is 1/4 of 100,
so by multiplying both sides by 4,
the 25 on the right side becomes a 100, then just divide easily by 100
( this technique only works if the equivalent can be easily multiplied to be a 10, 100, 1000, and so on )

Here is the trick he possibly do:

3202 ÷ 25
3202 ÷ (100/4)
3202 * (4/100) - inverse multiplication (property of division of fraction)

12808 / 100

And 128.08 is the answer.

Then the equation reads like follows:
3202÷100/4
Which furthers to 4*3202 ÷100
12808÷100 = 128.08 !

Little hint should be there why it's 4. (To make the 25 to 100 ), 4 in denominator, and 4 in numerator is multiplied.

For all numbers divident with 25 will work in same way.
Take an example 100%25
100*4=400=4.00

Take one more example
2500% 25 is
2500*4=10, 000=100.00
So for all numbers divident by 25 will work these way.

What wasn't explained is both numbers get timesed by 4, to make the 25 into 100 which is easier to divide by... Just work out what 4 times the first number is, then divide by 100 by moving the decimal point two places to the left.

I think you need to explain why multiply by 4. This is because 25x4 becomes 100 which becomes easier to divide n align the decimals

If u guyzz r wondering y multiply by 4, it's simple basic actually whenever u face such questions try bring zeros(10, 100, 1000...n) in dinominator to ease up the division...

In this he converted 25 into 100/4 which made 100 in dinominator only to make division alot easier by just shifting decimals

Everyone wondering about why 4: because 25 is hard to divide with. he just divides with 100 and multiple with 4
