Headcanon:

Those mumbles in the background during mouse's "solo" were actually spray paint trying to sing in the hospital.

I'm currently almost crying. This song became so close to me in the span of several days, and even after several months it causes same feeling of a brief sadness, but somewhat hope. I cannot express how important this song is for me, so all i have to say: Thank you, Allenimations, for such a great animated series. I can't wait for more!

1:20 the fact the flowers are from speech bubble, and before spray paint and mouse got kicked out of the group by lazy, there were 6 members in the group, but since mouse died one flower is dead. 1:12 the 2 lights represent mouse and spray paint, because mouse got hit by an arrow and her head just kinda cracked, so the light on the right is broken dead, representing mouse dying. while the left is flickering and possibly may be dead too as spray paint's bpm is low. also, in the original video where the song is shown, you can hear little beeps in the background, showcasing how spray paint were imagining his past with mouse. another thing about that is that in mouse's solo you can hear mumbling who is spray paint in his hospital bed. 0:31 since they didn't have money, that might be why they ate the food quickly as mouse and spray paint were starving.

1:12 WAIT this scene kind of has a deeper meaning, the lights on the ceiling represent the current states of spray paint and mouse, the flickering light being spraypaint stating that he is in pain but is still going. And the cracked one represents the fact mouse got cracked by a spear

But having the knowledge and knowing they were so close to eachother and lost one of with no way back. No cartoon logic, no playing around. Mess up and you lose everything just like us in our lives. It makes even a man cry.
