Dawson Garcia added 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting and Armando Bacot played big in the paint, finishing with 11 points and 14 rebounds in the win. Defensively, UNC held Michigan to just 35% shooting from the floor and forced 13 turnovers which led to 13 points. The Heels also outscored the Wolverines 34-20 in the paint.
