Hi, I'm Charlotte Dobre. I'm an actor, reactor, singer and sometimes (not really) comedian. On this channel I do reactions, commentary and occasionally I make a joke or two. I love poking fun at social media, weddings, entitled people, tiktok and OF COURSE petty people. I upload daily, usually 7 days a week, unless life gets crazy or I get lazy. Come hang out, it's a good time.

My wife wakes me up with a warm robe and socks in cold weather and puts a space heater for me too. It’s honestly so freaking sweet I melt every morning. I warm her blankets in the blanket warmer whenever she’s relaxing or taking her nap. I make her special drinks too and cut up fruit and cheese for her. We appreciate each other! I am so glad she left that bum!!!

When you said "hands up if you think he broke his glasses, " my husband who "doesn't listen to your videos" raised his hand 🤣

For anyone questioning - the tactics used by the boyfriend with the broken glasses are CLASSIC coercion and control abuse. Period. Full stop. I work with DV survivors. What he was doing was quite literally textbook.

As a person with glasses...you ALWAYS have a spare pair. If that man can't even bother to take contacts out of his eyes, he's a lost cause.

I’m so glad she told everyone in the first story. That is the first step to actually escaping. Too many people suffer that in silence

That first young lady dodged a bullet for real. As a police officer, I believe if she had not ended that relationship, the next time he would have hit her.

The first story is abuse. Straight up. She did not deserve being bullied and verbally and mentally abused like this. Once he raised his fist at her, she crossed into the danger zone. The chance of the abused being murdered goes up dramatically (about 80%) once they tell the abuser they are leaving. Unfortunately, I do know a few women who were killed by their abuser under these circumstances. Horrifying. People, if your partner starts setting you up so you are always at fault, leave before it escalates. No joke. Get out early. 😢

I'd rather walk that 15 minute walk than to deal with that kind of guy every single day.

that is what it is like dating a narcissist...at the very end you feel defeated and numb, you just go thru motions to keep the other person from becoming even worse. I am so glad she got out and found true happiness

That first story, the guy is a serial abuser in the making - all the ingredients are there, just waiting for enough heat to turn him into a monster. I hope he gets help. Really glad she got out because, even though it hasn't gotten physical yet, the abuse was there - the gaslighting, the belittling, the verbal abuse, the unreasonable demands like he's the lord and she's the maid. What a piece of work.

...also...when your vision is that bad, mine is, you ALWAYS have multiple pairs of glasses all over the place. Even old pairs that may not be as strong, but still allow you to function are kept. Pair in the car, next to bed, desk drawer, bathroom, because sight is vital. The fact he didn't speaks to what CD said... incompetent. The almost hitting her also speaks to his incompetence/lack of intelligence.

That first one sounds like a malignant narcissist. Very scary. I’m so glad Kirsten left him. I felt so bad for her.

the first story gave me ptsd from my past relationship. I swear the more you baby them the more they treat you like they did their mother

The minute he raised his fist, I would have grabbed the keys and drove my self, even if I had to take the chance of being late. No one raises a fist to me.

The first story... She literally saved her own life. Literally! I always wished my mom didn't hold on to her ex-husband for 17 years! At least when he started to humilitate me and verbally @bused me, she decided to leave him. 20 something years later we never heard from him again.

11:34 I love that she told people to keep her accountable and so others know she might be in a dangerous situation.

The fact that the guy in the first story is even BLAMING THE CATS over taking his own accountability for the broken glasses just SCREAMS narcissism. Also agree with the weaponised incompetence.

I resonate with Kirsten. My ex would refuse to shower at night and take long morning showers making us incredibly late for work. And he would always wonder why we were late. I would make our breakfast, and lunch and prepare everything while he just showered with no appreciation. When I stopped doing things for him he didn't know what was going on.

The first guy was a classic abuser. That's how they operate, demand you do everything for them, treat you like a servant, like they own you and lastly they raise their hands to you. I am glad she got out before it was too late, because that's where it was headed. I knew my ex needed to go when he pulled a knife on me. Got his behind arrested and packed my things. Once is too many times.
