New video, enjoy!

Edit: The "NEW" in the title (now removed) was for those who had seen my previous video and were asking for a new video; it is not meant to imply that this is some sort of new dance style.

Thank you all for your kind words as I continue to learn, improve, and appreciate dance to the fullest! Happy 2020 (:

I am 68 and started watching videos like this last year and joined in (in the privacy of my own home with the curtains closed) over the course of the year I lost 10 inches off my waist and 20kg in weight.
Never felt so good in my whole life

This is awesome. Reminds me of when I was painting a house for an old lady once. She told me the story of how she and her best friend used to dance the Charleston at the bus stop in the winter, to stay warm while waiting for the bus. Her mom went by once in the family car, saw that, and was HORRIFIED. She got in huge trouble when she got home from college classes that afternoon, with her mom calling her a "loose hussy". This sweet old lady laughed . . . and laughed . . . and had a devious twinkle in her eye through the whole story. I'll never forget that interaction.

For those who would like to learn the dance themselves, the moves which she used:
- v step
-cross hope
-t step
-some shuffle
learn the first three moves and feel yourself, you will love it ❤❤❤❤

She literally looks like a moving liquid...so mesmerizing; one of the many reasons I love electro/neo-swing

First time I've seen (or heard of ) electro swing dancing. My mind is blown, my world is a happier place.

Because these are the 20's but the 2020's the electro swing is the swing

Imagine if she got on the dance floor in the 1920s, it would be like the electric guitar scene in the movie "Back to the future ".

I have lost track of how many times I've watched this. There's just so much happy in this I can't help but smile each time I watch it.

People saying she's cute and smiling... I have no idea what she looks like, I spent 3 min just watching her feet! If I tried that I'd either sprain my ankles or go into an involuntary split, or both!

Love the movement she has here. She actually knows how to move her arms and not just her feet, unlike many of the shuffle dancers on youtube. Looks natural and fluid.

Young lady, Gene Kelly himself would have clicked thumbs-up on this were he still with us. He’s not, so I did it for him:
Enjoyed that very much. Thank you.

She's a joy to watch. Such fluid movements and it looks like she's having so much fun, too. Great job, young lady!

I wonder how many people realise this music is around 100 years old, re-hashed, and I love it :)

I see comments like "so far the moves are pretty basic" and I think they don't get it. But I do, I used to dance like this.. a kind of energetic double beat while everyone else was doing the slow groovy-cool graceful hip-sway snake dance thing. And I used to think .. why do I love dancing like this? Like almost in the air! And so I felt self conscious and tried to join the groovy hip-swing. Now I'm older, I just keep coming back to these videos - as I totally get it - wishing electro swing was there in my day, because I loved that dance, that energetic double timing. And no one even had a name for it then. What the critics fail to see is she combines both the energy and the grace (wrote that before I noted her name). To perfection. The genius caricature artist makes simple lines come alive by seeing how your brain interprets shape. She does with with movement.
