How to Rename a OneNote Notebook in Windows 10

OneNote is a fantastic application, although the current state of affairs with the Windows 10 OneNote mobile application isn't quite as great. There have been a lot of complaints about that app since it first launched, and Microsoft has fixed some, but not all of the problems.
