Speechless no words to describe it . Beautiful is a very underrated word for this place

On March 28, 2018 @ approximately 1:30 am, my husband collapsed, falling out of bed, laying between the bed & the wall. I immediately attempted calling 911. I told the operator that I needed trauma and paramedics immediately for my unconscious husband. The operator sent 2 security guards who did not know CPR, & would not help me move my husband so I could begin CPR. After screaming hysterically, the paramedics were notified. (Wasting over 25 minutes of valuable time.) My husband was taken to the trauma center. The medical staff, after an hour, were able to place him on life support. My husband died on March 29, 2018 @ 3:30 p.m., never regaining consciousness. I hope the hotel has changed its emergency response by allowing guests to get emergency personnel insight immediately, or in the very least train their staff with knowledge of CPR.
