Alexis, I’ve been following you for about a month. I did my f2f virtual interview. I woke up hoarse that morning, but the interviewer was real polite. He even said, “Feel free to get a sip of water whenever you need to.” I was very appreciative he even mentioned the weather change. Overall I was very comfortable during the interview. It lasted 33 mins, I thanked him for the opportunity to interview with him and also mentioned that I hope to hear from him soon. He asked me if I had any questions which I did. I asked him how long would it be before I hear back and he said good question. He told me 2 to 7 days. I did the interview on October 27, 2022. I’m on pins and needles waiting. I had prepared very well and even did some research. What do you think of my chances? He was pleasant and I was honest on all my answers! I thought each ? through carefully!

Hi there today I have my interview with American Airline. I didn’t get the CJO . But let me tell you. Most of the candidat prepare them self leasing video in Youtube, also getting information online also glass door . But this year AA change the all interview. Firts of all the don’t ask any of the question that you and the rest of the channel prepare us. They speared in group of 8 or 9 people 3 different groups. The recurring team handle us a group of card with question and every one ready the card and answers one by one . The question it is completely different and really complicated. We have to take our time to think twice. After that the recruiting person ask another question for all of us so one by one respond. After all of that We change the all group with another recruiter and the same process after we change again with the last recruiter and the same question . Was exhausted . To many questions and really complicated .
