You should probably install some sort of chain wash to spray the chain as it comes back into the locker to try and keep as much mud out of the locker as you can

I have a 1979 Uniflite Convertible 40 that I've been slowly updating for the past 6 years. It's hard to beat a Uniflite hull! I painted my hull a flag blue with awlgrip paint. Tough stuff! I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos! Keep it up!

A dark blue hull, with a red trim line, would be cool especially with white, for me that just says Nautica.. LOL It's your boat, paint it any color you want. Cheers!

The Colors will be great! I have seen colors on boats that many will cringe at before the color is applied, but once the painting is finished, the boat looks great.

I have seen some boat owners decide to use a wrap on their hull as opposed to painting. It’s like putting wrap on a car. Obviously for just the hull above the water line. Much cheaper than paint. The main downside is that it doesn’t stand up well to abrasion such as rubbing up against a dock or piling. However, you can always replace any damaged areas by cutting in a patch. Also, I couldn’t tell if your deck has a wood core. If it does, you would be well served by pulling out your foot switches and sealing the wood core with some epoxy and reinstalling your foot switches. This will help close out your core and help minimize any moisture migration through the wood which can lead to a rotten deck core. Love your channel. You guys are doing great. Keep up the good work.
