Biological effects of EMF radiation

Exposure to electromagnetic fields is not a new phenomenon. During the 20th century, environmental exposure to man-made electromagnetic fields has steadily increased with growing electricity demand and advancing technologies. There are two effects of radiation exposure, the Stimulus effect by low-frequency electric fields and the thermal effect caused by high frequency. The thermal effect is the main biological effect of the electromagnetic fields of radiofrequency fields. Adequate precautions must be taken, especially by those working in high radiation environments to prevent the harmful side effects of EMF radiation exposure.
