If the prosecution continues to sabotage this trial because of the horrible job he’s doing, the costs of a new trial should come out of his pathetic paycheck. Trials are very very expensive and just because he sucks doesn’t mean you can ignore the court’s rulings. It almost seems as if he’s doing it on purpose.
This young man is clearly defending himself plain and simple. Nobody else has warranted any evidence that shows anything else. The prosecution was screwed from the first witness on. They might as well have been for defense. Mr. Rittenhouse did an excellent job with his examinations and he was acting 💯 in self defense. No matter what he was there for or what he had with him he was doing exactly what he said keeping himself safe from people who were going to kill him.

Defense is moving for mistrial and dismissal with prejudice. A prosecutor doing this on purpose when losing is a reason to invoke double jeopardy and dismiss with prejudice.

I’m usually on the prosecutor’s side in cases like this, but in this one I’m disgusted by the DA’s behavior. He had a full year to prepare his case, and now because his is loosing this trial he is acting completely out of line. I glad the judge is aware of his low blows and is showing who’s in charge.

The Prosecutor is seriously trying to get the Defense to call for a mistrial, because it's becoming increasingly clear he's not doing well at all, and that's the only way they'll get another crack at the case!

Prosecutors have actually done misconduct prior to today. Binger has tampered with subpoena evidence being presented where detective flat out exposed Binger for his actions. First time mistral could of been called. So three times.

Kyle had to testify because he needs to let the jury know how he felt in that moment. If he had not testified the jurors would have been left to guess how he was feeling. Not something you want the jurors to do!

Notice all the comments in favor of the prosecution are all based in emotion. There has yet to be one argument made with quantifiable proof or basis in law. Remember, with the charges, you have to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that his actions fit the prerequisites for the charges and not self-defense.

There were a zillion things the assistant prosecutor engaged in besides what the Judge came unglued over. He's testifying, he's trying to add things in, he is badgering, his tone, his attitude. So even though Judge's meltdown took place outside the jury's ears, they are GETTING it. The ATTITUDE here is like nothing I've seen. What I HAVE seen is that juries will sometimes rule because they hate either the Prosecutor or Defense, even if that's not the totality of the case!

Three prominent attorneys speaking to Vinnie Politan said that it was play acting and he earned an Oscar! This is a 17-year-old kid! I thought he was wonderful on the stand and he knew what to say and went to stop.
