Amazing Yamaha TG77 Turns Into Hammond Organ B3 Clone!!

Greetings everyone...if you're not interested in the programming guide and just want to hear what the TG77 'B3 Organ' sounds like then go to 16:57 in the video.
This video is about how the Yamaha TG77 Synthesizer can synthesize the Hammond B3 Organ. The first half of the video is a tutorial on the programming and the second half is a demonstration of the final result.

All sounds in the video are from the Yamaha TG77 Synth and the Neo Ventilator ll Rotary Speaker Simulator.

I've had a sy77 for a while - it's a nice synth. A few years ago I'd looked to see if anyone had programmed any B3 voices for it but found nothing. Decided to look again and found this. I will sit down and do a voice or two based on it - it sounds good! I also realized that I'd never even scratched the surface of what is available in programming one of these machines. Your video was an eye opener on what can be done. Thanks for sharing this info with the rest of us!

Another useful refinement to the sound, along with the keyclick, which i forgot to add to the video is the following...slightly detune some/all operators of E1 and E2 in differing amounts...in the range -5 to +5 seems best to me...beyond that it can start sounding a bit out of tune as opposed to just adding a bit more realism to the sound.

Do you know anyone who wants to sell a TG77? I plan to do audiophile upgrades to the internals that will really expand the sonics..just really hard to find a decent one.
