it usually takes alot of turns to get a good economy going if you are playing as a small nation like latvia because you cannot tax the living hell out of your people so you have to rely on production.
been using it everytime. i almost never play big nations becuase it makes me feel like im playing the game on baby mode so i like to play as small nations becuase they give me a challenge. i can easily reach the number 1 rank as a nation like bosnia. PS: i actually did
