Well for newer players I will suggest raiden as she provides great value to team as how versatile she is and can work as dps also is pretty good battery. After that try getting kazuha is one of best supports to evaluate your team even more. And lastly for these two new charas, that sharksurfer girl is a nuker, needs a decently built team whether you do vape/burnvape and kinich is claymore Emilie but even cooler version of her his team revolve around burning too so if you have Emilie put them on same team with pyro resonance.
