I am a steak snob and I compare all steaks to Red’s prime ribeye. It is the most underrated steak restaurant in the USA. The Pittsburgh (And Indianapolis) locations were just as good, they just expanded too fast.

Red opened in Pittsburgh… it was so bad, it closed within 6 months.
