In this video I get rid of everything I had in my salt flats sector to be able to replace it with a massive storage and export option.

This can help me conquer other sectors easier as the ability to directly send resources to other sectors.

Mindustry V7
Making a Massive storage and export sector in salt falts as there is a lot of well, flat space perfect for a big build like this.
This Storage system includes logic I made for it

I also spent some time making a system to operate this easily twice because you can't disable power nodes lol and I never checked before making the entire system.

Because a lot of people seem to want to know the logic, when this video reaches 100 likes I’ll do some sort of tutorial for how to get it working

Been waiting for this ngl. Also the 4:00 moment caught me, a bit, off guard

There is a mass storage system I was working on. It was in fading revelations and exogenesis, but, with a bit of programming changes, it would work with vanilla. The big thing with the storage system is you can put any item in the vault and it wont back up. Yup. So, I had storages capable of holding 33 different items without overfilling. It also has a level indicator for the total amount of stuff in the storage system. Utilizing silicon conveyor mod(10 packs/sec)and exogenesis green mass conveyor(100 items/pack), you can do some absurd numbers of items. If you build the item storage long enough, it can take every item from the core without difficulty.

Anuke really should add transporting units and blocks between sectors

Just wondering what sector was the scene when you said "Exporting phase fabric" I would like to know.

My version took inspiration from this design. My export hub was utilizing plastic conveyors with a compacted design of the laun her and a vault connected by unloaders. The speed was too slow so I used the 150% booster to speed it up, 21 vaults with 21 launchers per material, multiply that number by 12 for the materials and that will give you a design that eats 170k energy. I made and utilized a great impact reactor schematic that gave me 225k energy and made a battery with 56.6m in size. All in all, bad design, the game calculates the materials sent not as individual packets but how much materials will be sent in a minute so my vaults are useless along with the slow design primarily due to how slow the unloaders unload from the core. Anyone that read this all the way through I suggest a mass driver design. Mass drivers showed me great success but still haven't tried on my trans hub, my current bad one is just 1.5k all mats per minute, mass drivers could reach atleast 7k according to my wild guess. Happy building everyone.

What did you type on the logic i want to organize mn to

Alas, I don't even know how launchpads work. At the "Launch" screen, do you launch from this zone, and it brings along a lot of extra mats?

I would like to have that logic as well, as it would be easy to control dem launchpads.

Can you help me and explain what sector hubs / storage sectors like salt flats are and what they're used for 😞 I don't know how it works but I assume it's for salt flats to hold resources when another sector produces and already holds the max amount of resources so you send it to salt flats to store double the amount?

what logic did you use for the units to follow you and help you?

So good vid, but the I can’t here you multiple times. It would be better if you improve your voice quality. Btw that is a massive storage you got there

Do you need to bind target sectors manually?

can we get a link to the schematic for the logic?

Now the Launch Pads are severely Nerfed to cost Cryofluids and Oil making Salt Flats nearly useless for a Launch Pad Spot, But the Living Steel Launch Pad from Fading Revelations doesn't require those 2 liquids and Water can be put on Launch Pads for Faster Cooldown

yo dude is it a feature that you can send stuff from one captured sector to another?

What is the efficiency? I guess it's more than 10k/minute

Since you seem to check your comments regularly, no YouTuber has covered V7 sector 69. Thought it would have something since it’s 69! Some jokes could be made.

How do i transport materials from 1 sector to another?

Why i can't find the launch pad is this mod or something?
