Everyone wants to remove the annoying noise( backing music) on speech in documentarys. Can this soundbar do that?

pls help, i have a big sound bar but the subwoofer wont connect it stays red no matter what ):

connected my lg bar, now certain apps like disney have one sided audio - my nvidia sheilds volume is around 4 clicks lower that the tv so i have to adjust ever time i move between the 2. picture quality for some apps becomes very dark. im rapidly loosing my cool with this new lg77 G3

This port is not indicated on my LG TV. You should all be fired for making the institutions so unclear and complicated
