This has got me scared. I haven't logged in since this bug started, and idk if i'll remain unaffected if i continue to not log in, but I had so many things in my gift box. Years of mounts, potions, some bundle gear, all kinds of stuff I was hoping to get to some day but never had the inventory space to justify moving to a character. I really hope that ki can find a way to fix this. It's definitely going to make me think twice the next time i consider spending money on this game

Haven’t logged in for a couple weeks so watching this video I just learned I apparently lost hundreds of items, some things were redeem codes well over a decade old that I left in storage for basically the reasons you listed. If I don’t get my shit back KI is gonna have some issues🤣

Games like genshin impact give out $5-$10 worth of in game currency every time there is an extremely minor bug even if it doesn’t really affect anyone. Meanwhile in wiz, we either get an apology for game breaking bugs if we’re lucky or we just get blamed for it. In my opinion, wiz doesn’t have to go as far as those gacha games but I think at least a few dollars worth of crowns compensation is necessary for game breaking bugs like this gifting issue or portal of peril stuff. Even giving out 1k crowns to everyone wouldn’t be that terrible for them and most players would be thankful.

i wish i had this issue i cannot let that shi sit there, it’s so tempting to claim and i have 6 characters to move the stuff around 😭 prayers yall get ya stuff back but i genuinely haven’t had something sit in the giftbox for over a day 😩

I’d guess the script has to look at the records of all things that have been gifted and what’s been redeemed, and then identify what wasn’t claimed.

But I agree with you about the inventory needing work. All the tabs, and many of them being limitless or having their own limits frankly is a good start and better than other games might do. But yes, I think they either need to add more space, make new categories with their own limits, add stacks that take 1 slot, or add a couple of infinite storage tabs for things like crown consumables in the Shared Bank. I’d love a better way to store furniture than putting it all down in houses, but that’s a whole other issue (maybe, unless they implement stacks).

So when will they fix the gifting that was gifted and lost cause I gifted out memberships to friends who lost it...Which is mad annoying.
