The chem exam was crazy I’ve never seen a practice question like those questions.

I took my AP physics 1 at 1:30 AM ... for the last question I attached my photos and the submit button was not working ... I pressed it like 200 times ... My wifi was fine ... after the time was finished it said “ we didn’t receive your response”
Thank you college board

I think it's so stupid that people will have to retake the test again when they it's college boards fault

I think they should have done multiple choice instead of FRQs

I personally didn’t have an issue in either of my two exams(one Monday, the other Friday) but a friend of mine had an issue on Friday submitting his second question.

How is it that %99 of all ap students submitted without problems if so many of my friends (at my school and abroad) suffered from the same problem. I was lucky enough to not have a problem submitting. I did receive the questions about a minute late, but that’s not as big a deal as others.

I'm kinda worried because for physics I wrote my response on the second page of the word doc instead of the first so the grader might think I just left the whole thing blank

AP Calculus AB practice test was doable then the actual AP exam questions was crazy considering the time limit we were given

It’s easy to say that “99%” of people have been able to submit the tests without issue without any proof. However, we still see a major abundance of students not being able to submit because the College board isn’t at the very least constantly updating fixed versions/troubleshooting guides for the AP Exams. That “1%” could be an abundant amount of people, considering how many are taking AP around the U.S, and even then it feels like no one is giving teachers any real information about how to deal with these issues. My own school had to ask AP students who ALREADY took the test to make up an article describing how to fix many issues because THE COLLEGE BOARD ISN’T GIVING A LIST OF KNOWN CAUSES/FIXES, at least to my knowledge. I couldn’t bare to be one of the first to take these exams, knowing that there’s a likely chance I have to take it AGAIN because the board hasn’t polished the process. At the very least, the College board should be giving teachers information about how to troubleshoot student’s problems with the test (or the teachers should be more vocal about helping students who have trouble); they’ve had months to perfect how the exam works online, yet the amount of problems forcing people to re-take an already incredibly difficult test is still unacceptable. To conclude, the most important of all things at the moment is communication with students and staff, because the CB can’t hold everyone’s hand when they can’t even hold their own. This isn’t me trying to diss the board, rather trying to give valid criticism (as passive-aggressive as I’m being, hopefully people understand it’s fair to feel this way): use your time more wisely if a situation like this happens again to make sure people don’t suffer more than they already have to.

You make it sound so simple. First off, I have already taken my AP calculus test and I submitted my exam without having to email it to myself. It took me 3 mins to get a visible picture of my answers, there was no way I am able to email myself, and resubmit in 2 minutes. They shouldn't have made this so complicated. I don't think I had any technical difficulties during the exam.

What if your answers were still submitting when the timer hit 0?

After submitting my files, I received that I have successfully completed the exam and I am wondering since my friend who also completed the test successfully said that she received an email 2 days after the exam that she has to take a makeup exam even though she successfully submitted her files, will this also happen to me? How will I know that Collegeboard successfully received my files?

Also I had no trouble submitting directly from an Ipad. I used the rear camera and it accepted it, so I’m assuming that Iphone and Ipad pictures are automatically JPEG. There shouldn’t be a problem. Also why is this even an issue? What’s a student going to do if they have nothing but their phone? CB said it could be done using any device...

Does anyone know when College Board will release the exams? I took the calc exam and I am anxious to see how I did.

How about you go tell college board to actually take responsibility for all their issues! We shouldn’t have to retake the exam just because of an issue on their end! Maybe tell them to actually extensively test the system first too! Why can’t they take time stamped documents? College Board is a joke!
