Those who think this version of ruler isn't that good. YOU'RE WRONG. This isn't just ruler this is The Ruler of Everything which is powered by The New God after he was the God of Darkness. Basically Ruler made a deal to release New God in this timeline but in return Ruler gets a power up. This power up is the second strongest power up that Ruler has ever gotten. This version of Ruler is technically immortal considering he is already dead. In one of his battle against the God of Light which is Anti-Ruler, he was stabbed with The First Sword but he didn't die and said "You can't kill what's already dead", and continues to defeat the elder gods. In order to save the multiverse Anti-Ruler decided to sacrifice himself.
