Great vid & info! Particularly the bit, on "undercarb" for the sake of the nitro. I've served on beer gas in the past with stout faucet, however, I recently shortened my draft lines. 30-35PSI serving seems overkill for a draft line under 4-5 ft. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Plus co2 makes the beer more sour bcoz acid

You need to carb the beer with co2 before then serve with beer gas
