I played one of these yesterday. Absolutely mindblowing. I've played a proper Gibson LP from the late 90s, an LP studio from the same period, and several other Epiphone LPs. But none of them get you there like this one. I might just have to pony up and buy one.

Great sound great look and great price. I like this guitar, I play reggae. Don't have money for a Gibson, but I have money for this epiphone. I order one. And I have happy. I have a rasta man only need 6 strings and Jah inspiration. This guitar is perfect for me. I play guitar 30 years ago. And someone reggae musician use epiphone. Great guitar for me. Epiphone this year make a good work.

I bought one of this 50s standard epiphone the neck pickups is really good but im not really a fan of the bridge but above all it plays really amazing

Bought one last year for under $550. Really nice guitar for the price. Might eventually change a pickup out.. but overall very happy.

Nice sounds! Which would be better for Classic Rock, this or the `60s model Epiphone, when I say Classic rock, I mean AC/DC, Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Beatles, Stones, Skynyd, 38 Special, that kind of rock, not the High output that Death Metal players play. Thank you.

Nice playing Don. I've got a 2020 Gibson LP 50's. Love it! Is this Epiphone sort of in the same ball park as my Gibson as far as thick neck and feel? Can't find a dealer to try one out up here in the N.E. Maple cap? Thanks for the great playing, you inspire me and I have been playing for thirty plus years professionally. Bobby.

So are the new models using American Spec dimensions or are they still using import sizes? Such as the SG/G-400 Bodies are different from each other, don't know about the current one. Such as the bridge and tail pieces are different from the import/us models.

Most of the reviews of a Les Paul have humbuckers pushed with overdrive and I don’t know why! It’s not the real sound! Do you understand it?
