I bought a phone and it said true tone. But, when I brought it to the buyer, he went into the parts and service history and it said genuine 'apple part'. When you open that up it said it was repaired and showed the date. The buyer said that means it was refurbished and I should have knocked off some dollars for that. I didn't see this in the course or this video and is it the same thing as checking for true tone??
