HK, being an international city to balance China and western democracies, needs a skilled politician not a bureaucrat to lead. Carry Lam — a superb bureaucrat — proves not effective if not disastrous for HK. GBA is a great concept and opportunity for HK that demands even more political skills to accomplish.
