Thanks for the video, helped a lot. But I have one question, are you suppose to calculate the Molar mass with the balanced equation or not? Because at 6:54 when you wrote "40" I got confused as the balanced equation stated that the Molar mass was 80, and just NaOH was 40. Would be helpful if I got a bit of clarification.

ummm dont we make 32g of Magnesium Oxide because the molar mass of 2MgO is 64 and 0.5*64 is 32g? Dont you include the 2 Mg in the gram molecular mass?
