Xi Jinping has vowed to accelerate modernisation of the country's military to 'world-class standards' to protect national sovereignty, security and developmental interests. Delivering a report to the 20th National Congress in Beijing, Xi Jinping declared his plans to improve the mechanisms and implement a system where ultimate responsibility rests with the chairman of the Central Military Commission. Not only that, the CCP will intensify troop training and strengthen all-around military governance.

Why not an opportunity for all citizens to do 1 year in the military and back to civilian life. Focusing on civil engineering projects. Send them home with knowledge to build a house electrical plumbing building skills and land management skills. ❤️💯
