If I can provide feedback based on an interview. I prepared fully to provide concrete answers within a 2 minute mark, yet this company thought 2 minutes was "too long" and thought I was not an "effective communicator", indicating that 1 minute is best to demonstrate concise and streamlined communication across the board.
