THAT'S true hip hop fundamental deejaying, as I recall. You play obscure bangers and you play two of anything on vinyl, find the funkiest part of the track and make it memorable. AND... your blends and mixes, had to leave the audience wondering, for years to come, "what was that song, ....how did they come up with that..."

This was a period in time when music was music. You could dance to it and have an absolutely great time. Today's music sounds like shit and you you can't do really much with it but pray and hope that some other sound would emerge, but it won't. It will continue to get worse.
