In DARK PHOENIX, the X-MEN face their most formidable and powerful foe: one of their own, Jean Grey. During a rescue mission in space, Jean is nearly killed when she is hit by a mysterious cosmic force. Once she returns home, this force not only makes her infinitely more powerful, but far more unstable. Wrestling with this entity inside her, Jean unleashes her powers in ways she can neither comprehend nor contain. With Jean spiraling out of control, and hurting the ones she loves most, she begins to unravel the very fabric that holds the X-Men together. Now, with this family falling apart, they must find a way to unite -- not only to save Jean's soul, but to save our very planet from aliens who wish to weaponize this force and rule the galaxy.

I can relate myself to Jean. Whenever I lose control of my anxiety, I imagine unimaginable destruction in the presence of the people that I knew my entire life. Just like Thanos with his snap, all the people that I hate will go away. I try my very best to control my anger, temper, thoughts, and anxiety, but I'm always afraid that it'll get out of hand one day. Just like how Jennifer Lawrence says, "Jean, focus on my voice." I tell myself the exact same thing when I'm under extreme tension. Just please, I beg 20th Century Fox to craft a film that can relate to how I am, and to what I am to the rest of the world.

Something seems off with Mystique's look. It looks like the filmmakers may have just used CGI over Jennifer Lawrence's body instead of practical make-up and a body suit.

Storm looks like she may do something big in the film after all. I love how she sort of copied Halle Berry's accent a bit when she said "it's too late". Trailer looks great. 👍

Will be seeing this in IMAX this trailer really sold me on the movie, before it was like "meh" now it's like "wow".

Mystique dying.... CALLED IT! Also, that train scene was dope! PS I think those collars that the group are wearing are the same electro shock collars from s1 of the Gifted, the same collars that limits the wearer's powers by electro shock (that's why Beast is in human form in that scene).
