Once you reach echo swamp there is a better farm, its environmental contamination zone within the abandoned zone region, with the 30% booster im getting about 1k kuiper a run and the run only takes about a minute or two depending how easily you can kill the enemies

lets take your result and use some simple math. You completed the mission in 30 sec and we'll be generous and round up to 350 shards per mission. 2 missions per min equals 120 missions an hour, 120 x 350 = 42, 000 so no idea where you're 400k/hr in your title came from, even with shard drop stats not even close.
