I can almost smell my "800 dollar knock off", I'm getting it nxt week and am absolutely psyched! LR Rose, your comment shows you don't really seem to get Bonnie at all. Guitar playin' is for everyone who has an interest, not just folks with money. But you have a great time opening your case once a year to have a scared look inside to see if the spiders didn't get to it yet! "cos what you're dishin' out is coming back around"- Bonnie.

I have one of these. Bought it on ebay 3 yrs ago for around $700. Been playing guitar probably as long as Bonnie has. I'm proud to own it. It had never been played prior to my acquiring it. Needed a major set-up by Bobby Eichorn (Richard Thompson's longtime stalwart guitar steward - and a personal friend). It is very loud & raunchy. I didn't buy it as an investment. But I guess this guitar is very rare.

Did it sell? I got the same one too.. I think the Fender Custom Shop made the same one with better wood specs and craftmanship, but I think they stopped making these.

That's the 800 dollar knock off and not rare at all, , , plus you got the year wrong and so is your info dude, lol! I have the Original done with 24k gold and signed by Bonnie. # 12 out of 200. Gotta crack up at this,
