Helping veterans heal through filmmaking
Показать описание
A civilian has combined his love of filmmaking and a family legacy in the military to help veterans heal from post-traumatic stress. Benjamin Patton runs "I Was There" workshops, week-long lessons that culminate in a short film. Civilian filmmakers team with the vets who conceive, write, shoot and edit the piece -- all while collaborating with fellow PTS sufferers. "CBS This Morning" contributor Lee Woodruff reports.
