My build for Dyrus is:
1.Bloodlust axe so that his 1st, 2nd and ult will have lifesteal
2. Magic shoes, warrior boots or rapid boots depends on you
3.endless battle for dat lifesteal and passive
4. Corrosion scythe for the passive
5. Berserkers fury or Hunter strike
6. Blade of Despair or a defense item

Corrosion is better than windtalker since corrosion's passive helps
Dyrus slow down the enemy so he can hit his ult. The spell I use is flicker or petrify

Hey Elexus I’m also a pro Dyroth I recommend battle spell flicker emblem fighter different combo but I think that is a good rotation too

They should amp up the power of dyrroth's 3rd skill since it casts so slow then he would go into meta when he releases and make his 2nd an aoe slow or stun that would sick

His weakness is CC. So purify is best for him.

Ye it kinda depends more on his basic attack but its actually really good i. I usually get maniacs or triple kills because i just stand there while i deal damage to the assasin or fighter then the tank next to me then i get close to the marksmen and mage. Its kind of unbeatable if u just keep attacking

Try using Spell Vamp so you can still gain life when casting skill not only for basic attacks
