Bro am in tears 😭, my s9 has the same problem but before it started I had lost it and locked it remotely with my Samsung account now by the Time I found it back it is having that error and have tried everything but nothing so far. Can't even boot to recovery mode and download mode

WANING! READ UP ON FLASHING BEFORE YOU DO THIS! MY PHONE DIED BECAUSE THIS SOLUTION FAILED.
The flashing process failed halfway through for me, and it resulted in my phone dying. I have now heard 3 different opinions from 3 different professionals, and my phone is officially dead with no hope of recovery at this point. This wouldn't have happened if I had just factory reset my phone from the very beginning through recovery mode, which I didn't want to do because I had data on it that I didn't want to lose. Now it's not just the data I lost, but also my phone.

So you really have to evaluate whether you want to take the risk of your phone completely dying by doing this, or whether you just want to factory reset it from recovery mode.
