NOBLE46 July 25 Recap: Opening Plenary with Keynote Speaker Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary, DHS

Day 4: Monday, July 25, 2022
Monday began with an opening plenary in which the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, spoke about, "the President’s Executive Order signed in May on Accountable Policing and Criminal Justice Practices," and NOBLE and the DHS' collective efforts around this matter. Later, participants continued exploring the exhibit hall, and in the evening, made their way over to a reception with food, music and dancing.
