The question says 'c' number of classes she'll take this YEAR, whereas further it's 19 hours per WEEK. So how can we say that additional hours plus the homework hours for 'c' classes(in the year) is equal to 19 hours(available each week).
Can someone please clarify it?

That is the correct answer 2 1/2c+6 1/2=19!!!!
