I don’t really get the context but Tanjiro is probably one of the most stressed & traumatized characters in this show. He’s has to deal with his family’s death, his efforts to turn Nezuko human, constantly injuring himself, getting sent on high level missions with the hashira and getting even more trauma and injuries, the constant battles against the 12 kizuki, who only hashiras are supposed to be sent on missions against, and the fact that people take his kindness and helpful nature for granted a lot. In short, give him a break, he really needs it

Tanjiro is sickly like his father, it's worse than his father's and he won't live past 20 but doesn't tell anyone. So he writes everything he knows from the Kamado family tree to the Hinokami Kagura because there won't be anyone to teach his descendants the dance since Nezuko doesn't have a full understanding of it as he does.

If anyone is confused this means he has the mark which makes him die at the age of 25 and he’s writing all sun breathing forms to help him defeat Muzak but he won’t die from the mark because he is yoriichis successor

This makes sense considering when Tanjiro was training, he kept all his information in a journal and he states that he used the information when training for final selection ^^

0:02 we see Tomioka Giyuu, Shinazugawa Sanemi, and Uzui Tengen. The sole 3 remaining hashira of the demon slayer corps after the final war with Muzan and the upper moons♡ well, demons in general.
Starting from 0:10 the hashiras placed are in the very order where Tanjiro has an arc and important moment with that very character. Magen Train Arc, Entertainment District Arc, and the Swordsmith Village Arc.
Which I would love to say this is a very nice detail, if only this was placed so on purpose. Now I don't really know for sure, and I may just be looking too deep into something that's not really there. Even so, I'd just like to point it out.
This video is lovely by the way and your designs are quite intense in a way. In a positive way ofc. This honestly reminds me how Tanjiro kept a log for his trainings under Urokodaki. Don't remember if he still does it or not. He still holds all this hope in him, still going strong his belief that Nezuko will become human again. If I recall correctly, Tanjiro had wrote this log *for* Nezuko herself. Which is nice. I like that. Anyways!
