Hi Víctor, here at this dealership we sell used cars. Most of our customers are bad credit so they don't get want they want, they get what we have. Interest rates are 34.98% to 24.99% on most loans. Most of these customers expect to get 12.99% or lower due to TV commercials. How would you explain to customers and have this be beneficial and make sense too.

Hello Victor, I live in Mexico and our market is full of customer that don't want to pay much, take too long to pay and always ask you for way too many thing for free, I sell web sites, I can go through them paying little by offering a good product and waiting for them to pay, but how do I make them perceive the value on my product and stop asking for freebies? (Such as more memory, more e mail accounts, design upgrades a so on) Some times it even feels that they are "conditioning" the payments on those freebies I don't wanna sound rude the clients nor wanna give out my services for free. PD I can't take away benefits from my product and then give them again for free as my product would lose value at the presentation.
