In this Q&A, Gemma and Jen interview Hormone expert, Carol Petersen, about PMDD, anxiety, panic, insomnia, and mood disorders.

Hormone imbalances abound. The current recommendations to steer women away from hormone support, like progesterone in the case of PMDD Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, to drug therapies can result in a devastating quality of life.

If you're struggling with any of the symptoms mentioned, this video is for you! Carol shares her experience and knowledge about these topics, and answers questions from Facebook group members. Carol is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who can help you get to the bottom of these issues.

Gemma Banks and Jen Trousdell are admins for Facebook groups dedicated to support those who have not found relief in conventional medicine. They collected questions from participants in their groups. This video conference presents that discussion about these questions.

For women of all ages who have gone to several different doctors and still yet to achieve healing or remission from a range of maladies that impact everything from sleep function to cognitive performance, this video will help you understand how hormones play a role in everyday life.

What is the Facebook group of which you speak? I would love to know how the trial group is doing. I am having severe breast pain after starting HRT (4 months) I have gone as high as 1, 500 mg of progesterone. More than 1, 300mg I get hot flashes. Last night I decided to remove the estrogen patch. I think it just might not be for me, although it greatly helped my vaginal atrophy. I just cannot take the breast pain any longer. Dr. Is suggesting evening primrose oil, but isn’t that a phytoestrogen?
