If you get Genie+ do not use it right away if you’re rope dropping. Keep checking for those 10:00 am and on offering to come up and book a later return time and keep hitting standby until that rope dropping advantage goes away.

So if I’ve got this correct, this is for anyone with a regular disney ticket? They can enter the gates before 8 and wait at the blue area until 8am when they drop the rope to gain access to rides and other lands?

Where that rope is is no longer true lol. The rope is exactly where you are able to lineup in the front of that red zone. NEVER start with Rise of the Resistance. Always start with Tomorrow Land, then hit Rise after that first hour of riding
