The cell divides for many reasons like, as cells get bigger, it have a smaller ratio of surface area to volume, to replace damage cells with new ones, it divides so the living this can grow, to repair damage to the tissues and to make more cells etc
Hope it helps

Good video, but I have a question: why in the first place these "reasons" does occur?

The question is not mere why cells divide. It is why should they divide? Cells themselves have no meaning to sustain. But what they do is meaningful. They sustain life. What gives life? Why do cells do the actions they do? Replications, triggers or supporting operations? Isn't it sign of Intelligence? It can not be random mutations which just came about and perfected operations which even our best scientists have not been to understand the 'how' of. We just know that it happens. Biochemistry has not been able to tell the why of what is happening (or even how cells form or DNA forms or is maintained). Clearly there is intelligence in the operation of cells.

What exactly is this intelligence? Why does it act the way it does, and does so in co-operation universally in the body (with common intelligence), to sustain life?
Clearly this intelligence has one originator, which is God. God creates life. God preserves life. God directs life. God maintains life. This is the intelligence of the universe.
Clearly it is the action of the ignorant to just look at protein bases and declare that "This is life". No. Life is more than that. Even in the simplest prokaryote.

A cell does not live outside of the body. Give it food. Stimulate conditions. But it does not live outside the body. It needs the life of the body to be alive. To work. Thus it is connected to intelligence which sustains life. God.
