Innovate UK: 10 years shaping the future

It is 10 years since Innovate UK was first established as an independent body. This video shows some highlights of the projects we've supported over the last 10 years.

Innovate UK support has:

- Returned up to £16 billion to the economy
- Helped 8,000 organisations
- Generated £7.30 gross value added (GVA) for every £1 invested
- Created nearly 70,000 jobs
- Resulted in 8 jobs being created for every business invested in

Innovate UK chief executive Ruth McKernan said: "It’s a great pleasure to be able to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Innovate UK and reflect on the achievements of the businesses that we have supported, specifically the contribution they have made, and will make, to the UK economy.
