it's stupid that solidworks doesn't have this option built in when using toolbox parts

I am searching for one answer.
After doing this the tool box component will become normal part. Will we be able to use Edit Toolbox Component option? Like editing the module of the gear or length of the rack gear, etc.

What if i want to edit the number of teeths of already existing Gear made in solidowrks
