HI Ovela. I think I've watched all of your (and M-Angel's) reaction videos for Angelica numerous times. It's nice to see you reacting to one of Angelica's current videos now that she's 17 (you actually posted this video on her 17th birthday). You are the first reactor that noticed that she sang her own backup vocals. She posted a pic showing her working at the soundboard mixing at least a dozen tracks. And yes, she has a home studio and does all of her own arranging, recording, mixing, and production so what you see and hear is all hers. I do agree with you that the instrumental track could have been toned back a bit, but this was Angelica's creative decision. At the end of the video with Angelica working with her coach on this song, she says she knows how she is going to mix it to get the effect that she wants.
You've missed a lot over the past 7 years if you haven't been following her on her social media. After AGT she traveled the world performing for charity events as well as singing the National Anthems (US and Canada) at numerous sporting events. She's been doing voice acting for two Disney series (T.O.T.S. and Chuggington) and was a lead actress in a feature film (the musical comedy "American Reject") where she won awards for best rising star. She's been working with David Foster for years and just finished a pre-Broadway run of his new musical, "Boop! The Musical" which is now scheduled to open on Broadway on April 5 at the Broadhurst Theater. Critics loved her singing and acting and dancing and have said she should get a Tony nomination for best supporting actress in a musical. She has sung for Presidents and just this past 4th of July was the featured performer for the annual White House Fourth of July event where she sang for President Biden and 2000 servicemen and women and their families. She has released two EP's with original songs ("Feel the Magic" and "What's It Like") and two Christmas EP's. She says that it's her goal to release an all-original LP while she's still 17. If you recall what Simon said at her first audition ("I think we're looking at a star in the future.") she is definitely on her way to stardom.

I've watched Angelica since age 7. Her Mother: 100% Filo, Dad half Filo, making her 3/4 Filo. But whole family - American, living in USA B/4 she first came on AGT (age 9). ...So, how did you come up with: "her dad is a foreigner"??? Oh (fyi..ANGELICA HALE did this when she finished her off-Broadway MUSICAL last year at *15YRS* old and ask by a major movie company to perform a movie title theme so she did SKYFALL I understand that they wanted ANGELICA to do their movie opening theme song and background vocals but she not able to take them up on their request because she is already signed to leave soon for NYC to start rehearsals for her staring role in a new Broadway Musical in SKYFALL ANGELICA HALE is *16YRS* old..the problem for me is she will not has time now to perform covers and originals..) just so you know ANGELICA did this performance in her own home studio...ok
